 Rev. Kristin Woodburke DM
Neepawa United Church is part of the Neepawa and Area Pastoral Charge which also includes congregations at Arden and Brookdale. We have been very excited to work with Kristin since she first joined the staff of our Pastoral Charge in the summer of 2013. During the 2013 - 2014 church year, Kristin, who originally comes from the Macgregor area, has been ministering to the needs of the Neepawa and Area Pastoral charge as well as completing her studies. At the May 2014 meeting of the Conference of Manitoba and Northwestern Ontario, she was officially Commissioned as the Reverend Kristin Woodburke DM, a fully trained Diaconal Minister who, fortunately for us, continues her ministry duties in the Neepawa and Area Pastoral Charge.
Kristin's Diaconal training with it's emphasis on carrying out a ministry of education, service, and pastoral care is a vital element in nourishing the needs of our congregation at Neepawa United, and in maintaining and growing our community of faith. The congregation at Neepawa United and all members of the Neepawa and Area Pastoral Charge join in congratulating you on becoming our full-fledged minister, and we look forward to working with you and enjoying your leadership in our church family.
